Schedule Overview

You can expect sessions that cover topics below. Our full schedule, with session details and times, will begin to be released in February 2024. Attendees can expect 4-5 movement sessions and 3-4 educational or wellness sessions.

Dates:

June 7 - Day 1 arrival at Hecla Resort and networking activities, dinner and evening meditation

June 8 - Day 2 of The Run Retreat, morning activities, education sessions, breakout movement sessions, meals and free time

June 9 - Day 3 of The Run Retreat, morning activities, education session, breakfast and afternoon departure
